Erectile dysfunction
Andromedi is particularly known for its expertise in treating erectile dysfunction with low-intensity shock wave therapy (LISWT, Li-ESWT), a non-invasive technique that stimulates neovascularisation of erectile tissue and improves erectile function in a lasting manner. Shock wave therapy is complemented by pharmacological treatment and, in the most severe cases, by hydraulic penile prosthesis implantation.
Premature ejaculation
Primary and acquired premature ejaculation is another frequent reason for consultation at Andromedi. The therapeutic approach is multimodal: behavioural therapy, topical or oral pharmacotherapy and, in selected cases, selective dorsal penile neurectomy. Male infertility and general andrology
