Clínica Heira is a private dermatology centre located on Carrer del Justícia 1, in the heart of Valencia's El Carmen neighbourhood. Clinical dermatology
The clinical dermatology service addresses the most prevalent skin conditions:
- Acne: topical and systemic medical treatment including oral isotretinoin when indicated, and laser or pulsed light treatments for residual scarring.
- Psoriasis: topical therapy, narrow-band UVB phototherapy and biological treatment when the case requires it.
- Atopic dermatitis and eczema: management of acute flares and maintenance treatment.
- Scalp conditions: androgenetic, areata, seborrhoeic and traction alopecia.
- Skin lesions: diagnosis and excision of naevi, cysts, fibromas and suspicious lesions with digital dermoscopy.
Aesthetic dermatology
Clínica Heira incorporates aesthetic dermatological treatments: medical peels for pigmentation, scarring and photoageing; fractional laser for acne scars and rejuvenation; botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers; Q-switched laser for pigmentation treatment; and diode laser hair removal.
