Grupo Motyva is a speech therapy, psychology and occupational therapy centre in Valencia, with a care model that integrates these three disciplines to offer a comprehensive approach to neurodevelopmental, learning and communication disorders. Motyva's offering is particularly relevant for children and adolescents with special educational needs and for adults with neurological sequelae.
Speech therapy
Motyva's speech therapy team works with children and adults with communication, speech and language difficulties: language delay, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD with language impairment, dyslexia and other learning disorders, disfluency, aphasia and neurological dysphagia. The approach is functional and focused on the patient's participation in their natural environment.
Clinical psychology
Motyva's psychology service works primarily with children and adolescents: ADHD, anxiety disorders, behavioural problems, autism spectrum disorders, emotional difficulties and parental guidance therapy. The psychologist works in coordination with the speech therapist and occupational therapist when the case requires it, ensuring coherence of the intervention plan.
Occupational therapy
Occupational therapy at Motyva addresses difficulties in sensory processing, sensory integration, visuomotor coordination and daily living skills in children with neurodevelopmental disorders. The occupational therapist also works with adults with acquired brain injury sequelae, assessing and rehabilitating the functions necessary for autonomy at home and work.
